This project was completed under the guidance of Yvan Mispelaere, Design Director at Maison Valentino. For this project at Accademia Costume e Moda, my task was to take the theme of the Valentino S/S 2022 Haute Couture collection, "The Anatomy of Couture" and reinterpret it from my own perspective to create a new, innovative collection that draws from Valentino's DNA and their historic love of the color red. For this project, I went beyond the expectations and created two full collections and realized three handmade garments to present to the Design Director.
